Telephone Marketing Opt-Out – Bloctel
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to register on a telephone marketing opt-out list.
“When a professional collects a consumer’s telephone number, they must inform the consumer of their right to register on the opt-out list. If this data is collected during the signing of a contract, the contract must clearly and understandably state this right.”

“Rate Terms and Conditions” – Cancellation or Modification by the Customer
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal mentioned in Article L.221-18.
The rate’s terms and conditions specify the rules for cancellation and/or modification.
Reservations made with prepayment are non-refundable and non-modifiable. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid deposits. This will be clearly indicated in the rate conditions.
If the reserved rate’s conditions allow:
Cancellations may be made via the website or mobile site under “View or cancel your reservation”;
Modifications must be made directly with the hotel, whose contact information appears in the reservation confirmation email.
If a stay is interrupted due to the customer, the entire agreed price remains due. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid stays.
Unless otherwise agreed, the room must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in the charge of an additional night.
All bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party, whether free, for payment, or commercially.
